Constellation Software's Total Specific Solutions Completes Acquisition of Vicrea

(“TSS”), acquired all shares in the capital of Vicrea Holding B.V. (“Vicrea”), a leading software provider of GEO IT solutions for the local government domain in the Netherlands.
