VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA–(Marketwired – June 16, 2016) –Avrupa Minerals Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:AVU)(FRANKFURT:8AM) reports that it has today filed the technical report prepared in accordance with National Instrument 43-101 (“NI 43-101”) on the Slivovo gold-silver project in Pristina, Kosovo (the “Report“). The Report supports the disclosure made by the Company in its news release on May 5, 2016 entitled “Avrupa Minerals Announces Initial Gold Resource at Slivovo, Kosovo”. There are no material differences in the mineral resources contained in the Report from those disclosed in the news release.
The Report dated May 31, 2016 is entitled “NI 43-101 Technical Report on the Slivovo Gold – Silver Project, Pristina, Kosovo” and was prepared by independent “Qualified Persons” (as that term is defined in NI 43-101) under the direction of Richard Buerger, MAIG, BSc. of Melbourne, Australia and Gary Giroux, P.Eng, M.A. Sc. of North Vancouver, Canada.
