Discovery Ventures Acquires Willa Property; Announces Resource Estimate

Discovery Ventures (TSXV:DVN) has closed its acquisition of the Willa property near the town of Silverton in British Columbia. As part of the agreement, Discovery has issued 1,000,000 common shares to 0951719 B.C. Ltd as an initial tranche to earn an interest in Willa.

The Willa property was subject to a NI 43-101, filed with SEDAR on November 23, 2012.
