Aldrin Resource Announces First Uranium Mineralization Results

Resource Investing News

Aldrin Resource Corp. (TSXV:ALN) announced laboratory analytical results for uranium mineralization from the first two drill holes testing the Anticline Target on the Triple M Uranium Property, located adjacent to Fission Uranium Corp’s Patterson Lake discovery. The first drill hole into the Anticline Target (ALN14-008) intersected high-count radiation zones as measured by both the down-hole gamma logger, and handheld spectrometers, as detailed in Aldrin news releases dated May 29 and June 19, 2014. Analytical results from ALN14-008 and the second hole into the Anticline Target (ALN14-009) include strong uranium mineralization over significant intervals.

Analytical results from the first and second holes drilled into the Anticline Target (ALN14-008 and ALN14-009) include strong uranium mineralization over significant intervals.

As quoted in the press release:

  • The first drill hole (ALN14-008) into the Anticline Target returned multiple intervals of uranium (U) consistent with being in the halo of strong mineralization.
  • The strongest uranium mineralization intervals include 148.7 ppm U over 1.5 m and 144.8 ppm U over 2.0 m (see table below for details).
  • The second hole (ALN14-009) into the Anticline Target also returned U intervals consistent with being within a mineralization halo.
