Cap-Ex Announced Financing of Up To $4.5 million

Cap-Ex Ventures Ltd. (TSXV:CEV,FWB:X0V,OTCQX:CPXVF) announced a non-brokered financing of up to $4.5 million.

As quoted in the press release:

…a non-brokered private placement financing of up to 10,000,000 common shares to be issued on a flow-through basis (the “Offered Shares”) at a price of $0.35 per Offered Share and up to 3,125,000 units (the “Units”) at a price of $0.32 per Unit, for aggregate gross proceeds of up to $4.5 million (the “Offering”).
