Tintri has announced that it has publicly filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the Securities Exchange and Commission in relation to a proposed initial public offering of its common stock.

The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the proposed offering have not yet been determined.
The book-running managers for the proposed offering will be Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC, BofA Merrill Lynch and Pacific Crest Securities, a division of KeyBanc Capital Markets Inc. Needham & Company LLC, Piper Jaffray & Co., Raymond James & Associates, Inc. and William Blair & Company L.L.C. will act as co-managers for the proposed offering. This offering will be made only by means of a prospectus. A copy of the preliminary prospectus, when available, may be obtained from Morgan Stanley & Co.
