Robix Environmental Technologies, Inc. (TSXV:RZX)(FRANKFURT:R0X) has announce that third party testing has been completed.
According to the press release:

The performance testing of the Robix C160 oil spill recovery vessel by the Instituto Mexicano del Petroleo (Petroleum Institute of Mexico) was done at the request of the Company, and was necessary for Robix to engage in equipment deliveries in Mexico, and required by Pemex. The results exceeded Robix’ oil recovery and efficiencies expectations. As part of accreditation protocol, the field testing and documentation meets the requirements of Mexican authorities.
Nathan Hansen, President & CEO of Robix commented: “Now that the testing protocol is complete, our Joint Venture partner has initiated the invitation to more than 200 key personnel, including but not limited to, Pemex management personnel and various government officials to be on site during the week of May 13th, 2016, for formal demonstrations of the C160 in operation.”
During testing, variable oil harvest yields were predictable and controllable with only minor mechanical adjustments. Product design changes made by Robix during fabrication of the C160 have proven to enhance consistent oil recovery performance in actual field testing applications. This bodes well when compensating for variations in actual field applications of the C Series vessels in real world oil spills.
“These test results should ensure that Pemex master contractors strongly consider the C-series line of products so that recovery time and cost can be minimized in oil spill situations,” commented Nathan Hansen, President and CEO of Robix. “The long life of key wearable parts and no operational consumables other than fuel, should make the C-series a crowd pleaser to all progressive remediation contractors.”
