Savary Gold Reports 2.55 g/t Gold over 18 Meters at Kien East Zone

Savary Gold Corp. (TSXV:SCA) announced the results of a Q2 2015 drill program at the Kien East zone, noting that an intercept of 2.55 g/t gold over 18 meters was returned.

Savary Gold Corp. (TSXV:SCA) announced the results of a Q2 2015 drill program at the Kien East zone, noting that an intercept of 2.55 g/t gold over 18 meters was returned. That’s better than the previous best intercept in the zone, which was 2 g/t gold over 21 meters.
All in all, 30 reverse-circulation holes over 4,101 meters were completed at Kien East, which is located at the company’s Burkina Faso-based Karankasso joint venture project. The company’s joint venture partner is Sarama Resources Ltd. (TSXV:SWA).
Other highlights from the Kien East zone include:

  • 2.84 g/t gold over 8 metres in hole 15-02
  • 2.55 g/t gold over 18 metres in hole 15-03
  • 0.70 g/t gold over 21 metres in hole 15-04
  • 1.84 g/t gold over 8 metres in hole 15-63
  • 1.52 g/t gold over 9 metres in hole 15-63
  • 1.58 g/t gold over 6 metres in hole 15-64
  • 1.49 g/t gold over 12 metres in hole 15-65
  • 0.95 g/t gold over 13 metres in hole 15-67
