Warrant Expiry Date Extension Granted to Solid Resources

Solid Resources (TSXV:SRW,OTCQX:SLDRF,FWB:YRS) reported that the 20,333,333 warrants previously set to expire on November 17, 2012 has been extended to May 17, 2013.

As quoted in the press release:

Warrant holders are advised that replacement Warrant certificates will not be issued and that the original Warrant certificates must be presented to the Company in order to effect the exercise or transfer of such Warrants.
