Minemakers Ltd (TSX:MAK,ASX:MAK) announced that final government approval has been secured ahead of a decision at its Baobab phosphate project in Senegal.
As quoted in the press release:

Final approval of the Environment Impact Study and Community Support and Relocation Plan has been granted allowing the Minemakers Board of Directors to make the decision to proceed with mining. This decision will allow expenditure on key works and commitments for capital expenditure to be made to ensure that the Baobab Project is on track for commercial production by mid 2016.
