  2. In reading the report I wondered if we have access to materials that the Chinese do not that can be used in a bartering process to keep the rare earth available to us. Also as I understand it some producers don’t have the processing capable to produce the more exotic materials. Is our government helping to fund the investment required to produce the rarer materials.
