American Vanadium Takes First Step Towards Becoming North America’s Leading Energy Storage Company

Reuters reported that American Vanadium (TSXV:AVC) entered into a partnership with German company Gildemeister AG (DE:GILG). This partnership will enable American Vanadium to take the first steps to becoming the leader in North American power storage.

As quoted in market news:

The two companies announced a memorandum of understanding aimed at cracking the North American market by using vanadium flow battery technology from Gildemeister and vanadium electrolyte from American Vanadium’s U.S. mine.

American Vanadium, President and CEO, Bill Radvak, commented:

Two years ago, no one cared. They were still trying to put in wind and solar (power generators). Now, they’re realizing that storage is what it’s all about. That’s a huge revolution in just the last year.
