Lundquist Resigns his Director Position with of Coeur d’Alene Mines

Coeur d’Alene Mines Corporation (NYSE:CDE, TSX:CDM), the biggest U.S. based primary silver producer  announced that Andrew Lundquist has resigned his position on the Company’s Board of Directors.

As quoted in the press release:

Mr. Lundquist has accepted a position with ConocoPhillips Company.  Mr. Lundquist joined Coeur’s board in 2005 and served as Chairman of the Company’s Environmental, Health, Safety and Social Responsibility Committee and on the Executive Committee.

Coeur’s President and CEO, Mitchell J. Krebs, said:

On behalf of the Board of Directors and the Company, I’d like to extend my sincere gratitude to Andrew for his contributions to Coeur over the years.
