Northern Vertex Capital Inc. (CVE:NEE) announced it will engage Dorsey & Whitney LLP to help the company file for quotation on the OTCQX.
The press release is quoted as saying:
Subject to approval, Northern Vertex’s quotation on the OTCQX is expected to be completed during the latter part of this year.
