Indonesia’s Exports Weigh On Tin Prices

Reuters reported tin prices fell nearly 1.5 percent on data showing exports of the metal from Indonesia rose 12%.

As quoted in the market news:

Soldering metal tin fell 1.49 percent to $20,195 a tonne in rings.

Weighing on tin slightly, data showed shipments of refined tin from Indonesia, the world’s top exporter, rose in October to 11,048.39 tonnes, up 12 percent from September.
