As quoted in the market news:

Spot ferromoly prices fell to $32.25-32.50/kg CIF Japan, from $32.80-33.30/kg CIF November 17, and high carbon ferrochorme prices fell to $1.08-1.10/lb CIF Japan from $1.08-1.15/lb CIF Japan. The prices were not assessed on November 23 due as it was a public holiday in Japan.
