LJ International Inc. (NASDAQ:JADE), a premier diamond and colored gemstone jeweler recently announced that its Board of Directors has approved the change of fiscal year end to March 31 annually.
As quoted in the press release:
“The primary purpose of the change of fiscal year end is to align its reporting with that of the Company’s domestic peers to improve comparability on both a quarterly and an annual basis. The change of fiscal year end is effective immediately.”
