Kivalliq Energy Appoints Jonathan Singh as Corporate Secretary

Kivalliq Energy Corporation (TSXV:KIV) announced today the appointment of Jonathan Singh as Interim Corporate Secretary, effective immediately.
As quoted in the press release:

As Corporate Secretary, Mr. Singh will be responsible for legal and regulatory compliance activities and assisting with equity financings, joint ventures and general corporate and commercial work. Mr. Singh currently holds the role of Chief Financial Officer for Kivalliq, Kaminak Gold Corp., and West Melville Metals Inc., and has previously acted in the capacity of Corporate Secretary for West Melville Metals Inc.
This appointment comes with the departure of Ms. Brenda Nowak as Corporate Secretary. Kivalliq sincerely thanks Ms. Nowak for her significant contributions and wishes her every success in her future endeavours.
