Extraction to Begin at Mantra Tanzania’s Mkuju River Project

All Africa reported that Mantra Tanzania Limited will proceed with uranium extraction at its Mkuju River project after receiving an EIA certificate.

As quoted in the All Africa report:

The Mkuju River project is expected to attract $1 billion (1.6 trillion shillings) of foreign direct investment to Tanzania over the life of the mine, and to generate some $640 million (1 billion shillings) in direct and indirect cash flows.
