Super Nova Petroleum Corp. (CSE:SNP,OTC:SNOVF) announced changes in its management team. Rita Tung will be replaced with Larry Johnson in the CFO position, and Ben Chu has resigned as President and COO but will remain a director of the company.

Super Nova Petroleum Corp. (CSE:SNP,OTC:SNOVF) announced changes in its management team. Rita Tung will be replaced with Larry Johnson in the CFO position, and Ben Chu has resigned as President and COO but will remain a director of the company.

Wolf Wiese, CEO of Super Nova Petroleum Corp., (CSE/CNSX: SNP; OTC: SNOVF) (the “Company” or “Super Nova” or “SNP”) announces that Ms. Rita Tung has resigned her position as CFO and director and Mr. Ben Chu has resigned his position as a President and COO of the Company effective today. Mr. Chu will remain as a director of the Company.

Mr. Larry Johnson will be replacing Ms. Tung’s position as a CFO effective today. The Company welcomes Mr. Johnson to our team.

Larry Johnson – B.Sc. (Geology)

Mr. Johnson graduated from the University of British Columbia with a B.Sc. in Geology and subsequently became a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of British Columbia. He was a partner of an accounting practice in Kelowna, BC, where one of his clients went on to discover Canada’s first diamond mine. He was also actively involved in mineral exploration as a field geologist and project manager across North America for diamonds as well as precious and base metals. He has been providing Chief Financial Officer and accounting services to various TSX Venture Exchange listed exploration companies for more than 20 years.

Both Mr. Wiese and Mr. Chu have agreed to waive their accrued fees from October 1, 2014 to the present moment.
