Canada Carbon (TSXV:CCB) has started the process to acquire three new graphite properties from 9228-6206 Quebec Inc, a private Quebec corporation. The graphite mines, Miller Walker and Dun Raven, are subject to the terms laid out in the term sheet, which require definitive purchase agreements.
Paul Ogilvie, CEO of Canada Carbon, stated:
Acquiring the Miller Lump/Vein Property is an opportunity to assess the potential for production on a Lump/Vein property outside of Sri Lanka. We feel the other two properties, Dun Raven and Walker will be great material feeder properties to our Asbury Project
"Did you know graphite is as tough as diamonds, but its unique structure makes it light, soft, and highly resistant to heat as well?"
