SNC-Lavalin Awarded Contract for IC Potash Feasibility Study

The Globe and Mail reported that Montreal-based SNC-Lavalin has been awarded a contract by IC Potash to develop key sections of its feasibility study for the Ochoa Sulphate of Potash project in New Mexico. The work is expected to be completed by August 2012.

Dale Clarke, SNC-Lavalin’s executive vice-president of global mining and metallurgy stated:

This award builds on our potash expertise and knowledge, and affirms our position as a leading engineering contractor in the potash fertilizer industry.
